Do What Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI, automation, and data engineering consultancy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any optional details you provide — such as your company, phone number, area of interest, and message.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect information from children.

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together;
• Scope and deliver services you ask us about;
• Keep records of our communications with you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Contact form submissions are stored securely using our hosting and database providers (currently Vercel and Neon), who process data on our behalf. If you go on to book a call, the details you enter are also passed to Calendly to schedule it. We share your information only with these service providers as needed to operate the site, or where required by law.

We keep what you send us until you ask us to remove it. There is no automatic deletion schedule — a submission stays in our records so we can pick the conversation back up. Ask us to delete it and we will.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you’ve shared with us. To make a request, email us at the address below and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
